A:  The typical rate for genaral contracting is 10%. there will be no charge for that service.

Q:  Will there be sub-contractors hired?

A:  There have been projects that require more labor force,sub-contractors are hired for general            .... labor only,and when requiring state licence, Electrical, Plumbing, Ect.

Q:   What is the mark -up percentage for insurance companies?

A:    We only have one formula for estimates,so don't feel like your profession or income level has a      .... different formula.

Q:  Is there additional cost for estimates and imformation?

A:   No additional cost,

Q:   How do you determine the cost for home design?

A:    There is no charge for Home Improvements, or Restoration designs. Architectural design is based  ..... on square foot, and the complexity of your new home design.
